Data Processing Addendum

This addendum forms part of the Terms of Service. It covers personal information about other people that your business keeps in RiverBooks, such as your customers, vendors, contractors and team ("Customer Data").

Roles

Your business decides why and how Customer Data is used; Viromi Corp processes it only on your instructions, which are the Terms, this addendum and how you use the Service.

Our commitments

• Process Customer Data only to provide the Service and as the law requires.
• Bind our staff and contractors to confidentiality, and give support staff access only when needed, read-only and recorded in your audit log.
• Protect Customer Data with the measures described on our security page.
• Use only the subprocessors listed below, post notice here before adding one, and hold them to data protection terms at least as protective as these.
• Help you respond to people's requests about their data, and tell you without undue delay after learning of a breach affecting Customer Data.
• Delete Customer Data after your account closes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
