Text Message Terms

Businesses that use RiverBooks can text their customers about appointments: confirmations, reminders and links to reschedule. Messages come from RiverBooks' number on behalf of the business named in the message.

Opting in

You receive texts only if you agreed to them, for example by ticking the text-message box when booking an appointment. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything.

What to expect

Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to stop all texts; you'll get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email support@riverbooks.ai. Replying C to a reminder confirms your appointment.

Carriers and privacy

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number and consent are used only to send these messages and are never sold or shared for marketing; see our Privacy Policy.
